Passed away peacefully
in Royal Preston Hospital
on Friday 8th August 2025,
aged 87 years.
Dearly loved and cherished
brother, uncle and dear
friend to all who knew him.
His funeral service will be held at
St. Helen's Church, Churchtown
on Friday 22nd August at 11.00am
prior to burial in the Churchyard.
Family flowers only please.
Donations if desired can be
given in memory of Jack to
help support 'R.N.I.B' and
'North West Air Ambulance'
