Suddenly taken from us on 17th May 2013 aged 44 years. Dearly loved soul mate of Nicky. Devoted father of Bethany and Tomas. Precious son of the late Alan and Joan. Much loved brother of Catherine, Susan and Clair. Brother-in-law of Jeff, Simon, Terry, Ann & Heather. A caring uncle, great uncle and god father and a real true friend to many.

Funeral service to be held at The Parish Church of Poulton-le-Fyde (St.Chad) on Thursday, May 30th 2013 at 1pm, followed by private cremation at Carleton Crematorium.
