Phyllis Peacefully on 19th September 2016 at Chapel Fields Care Home, Frodsham, surrounded by her family, and formerly of
Howick, Penwortham.
Beloved wife of the late Donald, much loved mother of Karen, Jenny and Penny and a
loving grandmother.
Will be loved and
remembered always.
Funeral service at
Charnock Richard Crematorium on Wednesday 28th September
at 3pm.
