Meadowbank Care Home
Rita
aged 89 years
Beloved wife of the late Ken, dearly loved mother of Catherine and a loving mother-in-law of Ben.
Funeral Service will be held at Charnock Richard Crematorium on Thursday 18th December at 2:30pm.
