Stephen Patrick
aged 78 years
Beloved husband of Nola,
dearly loved father of James and Dominique, loving step-father of Darren and Grant, a much loved father-in-law and a devoted grandad.
Requiem Mass will be held at
St. Gregory's Roman Catholic Church, Weldbank on
Monday 19th May at 9:30am
followed by committal at Charnock Richard Crematorium.
