Peacefully but unexpectedly at Hull Royal Infirmary on the 19th September 2025, John Simon, aged 80
(late of Louth and Gainsborough) passed away with his wife by his side.
Dearly loved husband of Kath, devoted dad of Sarah and father in law of Dan. Cherished grandpa of Tabitha, Molly and Finn. Much loved brother of June, dearly loved step dad of Terri and her husband Nick and much loved grandad to Evan. John was a good friend to all who knew him.
The funeral service for John will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday the 8th October 2025 at 3pm. Flowers may be sent to the funeral directors (Steven Near of Wellowgate Grimsby) or donations may be sent to the Stroke Association or left with the funeral director on the day.
