Frances Hazel
(née Jalland)
Hazel as she was known,
passed away peacefully in her sleep
at home in Asfordby,
on Saturday, 31st January,
aged 86 years.
Loving wife of the late Mick Bailey, devoted mum to David and dear
mother-in-law to Amanda.
A celebration of Hazel's life,
followed by a committal,
will take place at Rushcliffe Oaks,
Main Road, Stragglethorpe, Notts,
NG12 2PY, on Friday,
6th March, at 1.15pm.
No requirement to wear black.
Family flowers only please.
Donations in memory of Hazel may be placed in the collection box at the service or made payable to
"Leicestershire Wildlife Hospital"
and handed to the family.
