DAVID CONNICK
`DAVE` 24th June 1991 - 31st March 2015
Of Chicheley, beloved son and brother, loved by all who knew him. So sadly missed and gone too soon. Funeral service to take place at Crownhill Crematorium Oak Chapel on Friday 17th April at 4.15pm. Please wear something bright to celebrate Dave`s life. Family flowers only please but donations if desired in memory of Dave are for Addisons Self Help Group (no 1106791) may be sent to H.W.
