HARINGTON HAWES, John Anthony passed away on 29th January, aged 81. Beloved husband of Audrey and father of daughter, Sarah. Much loved brother of Geoffrey and Robert, and uncle of Anthony, Rachel and Jonathan. Funeral and thanksgiving will take place at 1pm on Friday 10th March at St Mary's Shaw-cum-Donnington. My husband, Alan Ryder, who died in 2020, was a longtime friend of John's, and always spoke of him with warmth and affection. I am sorry to have not seen news of John's passing sooner. Sending you wishes for peace, and I hope they are both somewhere having a good chat.
