Hazel Johnson Obituary
JOHNSON , Hazel Jean September 5, 1941 - March 24, 2010 Hazel Johnson, resident of the Bethany Care Centre, passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at the age of 68 years. Hazel is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Randy Zubeck; two grandsons Wesley and Kenneth; a sister Violet Cinnamon; a brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Sally Johnson; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Sophie and Encio Johnson. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY'S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Monday, March 29, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com . Her family would like to thank all the staff on Level 4 at the Bethany Care Centre and a special thank you to Pam for all that she has done over the years. Hazel was such a fixture at Bethany it will be hard to imagine the place without her. She was so patient and even tempered throughtout the time that I knew her. My condolences to her family. Jean Kensit, former staff member
