SWEENEY
Winifred Poppy Passed away peacefully on
the 11th May 2011 at NGH aged 80 years.
Much loved Mum to Patrick, Christine,
Peter, Pauline, Lizzie, Jimmy,
Maggie and Bill and Nan to all her
Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
She will be sadly missed by us all.
Reunited with Dad. We all love you Mum.
Rest in peace.
