Passed away peacefully on
15th February 2026 surrounded by his family at Kettering General Hospital, aged 95.
Much loved husband of Vida, beloved father of Catriona & Fiona, father in law to Steve & Stewart, loving grandad to Carol, Alan, Ami, Chris & Ella-Mae and also as Little Grandad to Ryan, Lauren, Nathan and Kieran.
Hamish was employed in the Research and Technical Department of Stewarts & Lloyds, the Ministry of Defence in Northampton and finally Wades Transport .
He was a member of 118 REME (Recovery), the Army Cadet Force , St Andrews Church of Scotland and President of the St Andrews Society amongst his many hobbies and interests.
