It is with a heavy heart to announce Sam passed away peacefully on
28th November 2025 with her
husband by her side after battling
a long illness at the age of 53.
Beloved wife of Jono and devoted mother to Louie, Harvey & William.
Forever reunited with her parents Quentin & Barbara.
Sam will be deeply missed
by all those who knew her.
A celebration of her life will be held
at Warren Hill Crematorium,
Edgar Newman Chapel on
17th December 2025 at 2:00pm.
Formal attire not required,
dress bright and for comfort.
Family flowers only please.

My deepest heartfelt compassion and gentle strength for you all. I only found out yesterday that dearest Sam had died; completely shocked and deeply sorrowed.
I will always remember Sam with the utmost joy and delight; bright, beautiful and a sense of humour that would have us giggling and laughing, as we served together at Cransley Hospice.
I love you Sam Remain In Peace and Dance on in Heaven beautiful lady
