PTOLOMEY John McConnachie passed away peacefully at P.C.H on 4th December 2010 aged 60. Loving husband of Angela and a loving dad of Adrian, Mark, Aaron, John-boy and Laura, grandad of Amy, Chantise and Ruby. Funeral service on Tuesday 21st December 2010 at Our Lady Of Lourdes, Welland Road, 3pm, followed by cremation at Peterborough Crematorium. Flowers may be sent to the Co-operative Chapel of Rest, Fitzwillaim Street, Peterborough.
