Kevin McSwiggan Obituary
KEVIN JOHN Passed away peacefully at home on 30th December 2020 aged 40 years. He was a devoted, beloved and loving person to everyone who knew him. Loving son of Susan and Jim, brother of Matthew and a special Daddy to Niamh and Alfie.
A friend to thousands, that touched the hearts of everyone.

The funeral service will take place at Peterborough Crematorium on Friday 29th January at 12.00pm. The funeral service can be viewed via a webcast - details will be sent separately.

My Memory of Kevin goes back a number of years ago when he was a lovely young caring happy chappy. He was always kind and cheerful and full of spirit. R. I. P. Kevin. My heart-felt condolences to Mr and Mrs McSwiggan and Matthew for your very sad loss.

Fly high Kev, I have so many good and fun memories of Kev and Katie working overseas in Andorra amd Ibiza and what fun times we had. Never a dull moment and always a fun go happy cheeky chappie that everyone loved, gone to soon and I will always have those fun memories for ever. Its Ok to not be Ok xx

I'll always remember us playing hide n seek in the town park after all the clubs had shut at silly o'clock all those years ago! We had a great laugh! You always gave me the time of day whenever I saw you and you were such a great lad to be around! I'll come and find you one day but, until then rest easy my friend x

Kev was what I can only describe as one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He would greet everyone with that infectious warm smile and always make people feel welcome.
One of the best memories for me was Kev's attempt to to be a Dutch tour guide on our trip to Amsterdam, absolutely hilarious!! one of many I will never forget.
Rest easy buddy, until we meet again one day xx

I knew Swigg from the age 12 he was a good friend of my son Ricky Benson. He was always smiling no matter what. When he always saw me he would come up to me and give me a hug and a kiss on the cheek and say HELLO RICKYS MUM. The last time I saw him was when he started becoming ill. That day he sat with me holding my hand and resting his head on my shoulder until I got someone to come and pick his up bless him. R.I.P Kev you will be missed xx

Cheeky chappie Kev with a massive heart ❤ you fitted into the Resort Team so well. Some fond memories on team outings. Not forgetting me running the bar for you and your mates for a football match or two. I will remember visiting Niamh when she was first born, and also spending time at your wedding reception. To Niamh md Alfie,
I first met your Dad when he was a teenager at Braddy's Mum and Dad's house. They used to have lots of BBQs and I was a little girl so those big older boys were a bit scary to me! Your Dad was always very kind to me which made me feel better. A few years later, your Dad helped me with what to say at my job interview to be a holiday rep. I had a great summer working in Tenerife all thanks to your Dad. Love Hayley (Braddy's niece). xxx

So many happy memories when growing up. Our little place was a shed at the bottom of the garden didn't contain much but we were happy with 2 deck chairs where we would chill out and listen to music for hours.

An amazing human, helped so many people throughout his life. Unfortunately my brother couldn't help himself in the last few years (but still continued to help others!) Kevin always said "IT'S OK NOT TO BE OK" Remember his words!
