Morrie passed away
peacefully in the wonderful
care of Bluebell Nursing Home
on Thursday, 30 October 2025,
aged 87, with his beloved wife
Sheila and family by his side.
A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Morrie was a retired boilermaker of Portsmouth Dockyard. He will always be remembered for his warm
smile, kindness and quiet strength -
a true gentleman who touched the hearts of all who knew him.
"Those we love don't go away,
they walk beside us every day,
Unseen unheard but always near,
so loved so missed so very dear."

The funeral will be held at Portchester Crematorium on Friday, 28 November
at 10.00am. No flowers, please. Donations, if desired, may be made
to the Alzheimer's Society. A link will
be available on the Order of Service.
