He left East Dene at 18 to Join the Coldstream Guards and 12 years later moved to Liverpool that became his home but he never lost his Yorkshire and
love of Rotherham.
Much loved step father to
Angela, Colin, and Mandy,
father in law to Simon, Mark and Wendy.
Loving grandad and great grandad.
Deeply missed by brothers Ken, Paul and wives Sue and Bev and their families.
Also step father to David, Kate and family.
Devoted husband to Joan and Gillian,
Rest now, in peace, with your loved ones.
Funeral to be held at West Lancashire Crematorium in Burscough, Ormskirk, L40 7SP on Friday 8th August at 10 a.m.
