NIMMO-SMITH Andrew James (Feudal Baron of Haining) At Borders General Hospital, on July 4, 2009, Andrew James Nimmo-Smith writer to Her Majesty's Signet, son of the late Mr Francis Clement Nimmo-Smith and Mrs Elinor Elizabeth Seth Nimmo-Smith (nee Pringle-Pattison), and brother of the late Peter. Funeral to the Dean Cemetery, Edinburgh, on Monday, July 13, arriving at 3 pm.

fondest memories
it was with great sadness to hear of the passing of Andrew Nimmo Smith. A scholar and a gentleman who whilst my late grandmother Betty Russell worked as his housekeeper in the 70s, I had the pleasure in spending many a memorable childhood in the company of Andrew and his may cats, peacocks and his 3 legged dog.
