Sheriff of Arbroath, dear husband of Linda and loving father to Richard.
A funeral will take place at Warriston Crematorium, Lorimer Chapel,
on Tuesday, October 1, at 3 pm.

When I was a young doctor, I drove my husband´s car to Scotland to sit an examination in Edinburgh to become a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Sadly I only got as far as Sterling where I crashed the car! Kind Norrie and Linda hoovered me up, sorted me out with Glenmorangie, first teaching me how to pronounce it, and sent me off to the examiners.
