At home on March 2, 2024, aged 88, Elspeth, devoted partner and soulmate of Alison, proud daughter of the late John and Jean Morrison, loving sister of the late Mary and John Morrison, very fond aunt, great-aunt and great-great-aunt to both sides of the family. Elspeth was a computing pioneer and keen sportswoman.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A celebration of Elspeth's life will take place on Friday, March 22, at 2 pm, at Mortonhall Crematorium, Main Chapel, to which are all welcome. Family flowers only please, but a collection will be taken for Marie Curie Hospice, Edinburgh.

My cousin Elspeth is gone but leaves a long legacy of selflessly helping family friends and workmates. Anyone she has met will have been inspired by her manner and modest wisdom. The Fairbairn family´s lives has been enriched by her friendship.
