Suddenly and unexpectedly, on September 10, 2019. Gordon, aged 69 years.
He leaves behind two sons and a granddaughter. A private ceremony was held at Borders Crematorium, Melrose. The family will also be holding a private memorial service.

I along with other colleagues was Gordon's Sainsbury's delivery driver , he was a lovely gentleman and we had hoped prior to the police announcement that it wouldn't have been him. We used to take his bin bags out and I posted his Christmas cards one year because of the friendly person he was. RIP Gordon
