Heather was such a fun and caring colleague. I have many happy memories of lunchtimes spent at Leith and Musselburgh Campuses with Heather and other OT colleagues bringing the place down with all the laughter. I admired Heather´s compassion and dedication to her work at QMU and beyond and of course she was an honoury art therapist! Deepest condolences to Heather´s family!

So sad to hear of Heather's passing. I didn't work in the same dept as Heather but she was always a friendly face in the coffee queue and the occasional yoga class. My condolences to her family and, I'm sure, many friends.

It was through meeting Heather at a workshop in London that I was (and felt) encouraged to take a leap and move across the world. I am grateful for that initial connection, for the years we worked together, and for the learning and insight that was generously shared. My condolences to her family.

Heather was warm funny and kind. I learnt from her approach to education and her wonderful study on infant observation with the theory of water nick on second skin.
Health brought out the best in people and we had fun when we were together. I am sorry we lost touch in last few years of her life. Sending much love to her family and friends. The policeman (me) sends the fairy (Heather) much love too.
