Peacefully, in his sleep at home,
on September 11, 2025, aged 96. Beloved husband of the late Alie and father to David, Alison and Ross. "Grotty" grandad to all his grandchildren and
great-grandchildren.
Formerly an Insurance Broker and Rotarian for many years and a member of Corstorphine Bowling Club for over 50 years and well known to many around Edinburgh.
Service will be held at Mortonhall Crematorium, Main Chapel, at 12 noon, on Wednesday, October 1, 2025,
to which all are invited.
The family wish to thank all NHS staff, carers and friends who have supported lan over the last few years.
No flowers please, but a collection will be taken for Neuroblastoma UK.
