Peacefully, at home, on September 9, 2025, aged 95 years. Beloved Husband of Catherine (Kate), loving Dad of Jill, Kirsty and Mike and cherished Grandad to Alexandra, Iain, Thomas, Jack and Sadie. He is preceded in death by his second wife Myra (d.2003) and first wife Vivien (d. 1997).
A celebration of life will be held at the Elphinstone Hotel, Biggar, at 10.30 am, on Sunday, October 26, 2025, to which all are welcome. Tartan attire encouraged.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Macmillan Cancer Support,
or a charity of choice.
