on December 31, 2025, former Provost of Perth & Kinross, Dr John Kenneth Macdonald Hulbert, aged 86,
of Wayside, Longforgan, dearly beloved husband of Sara, much loved father of Ian, Jane and Claire, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Funeral service in Longforgan Church, on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 11 am, committal thereafter in Longforgan Cemetery, to which family and friends are warmly invited.

I always knew Dr Hulbert as a quiet, gentle and well respected man. I grew up as a young girl living close by and went to school with Iain, Jane and Claire. Please accept my deepest condolences from Victoria, Australia. My thoughts are with you at this sad time. Regards, Lorna
