Suddenly, but peacefully, at Thorburn Manor, on November 5, 2025.
John, aged 98, beloved husband of Margaret and the late Kay, deeply loved dad of Alistair and Alison, devoted grandad and great-grandad, dear father-in-law, uncle and friend.
Private committal in Dumbarton.
A celebration of John's life will take place in Barclay Viewforth Church, Edinburgh, on December 5, at 11 am, to which all family and friends are welcome. No flowers please,
but donations, if desired,
to The Macular Society.
