ROBERTS (North Berwick) Allan and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy and support received following the sad loss of Joyce, and to all those who
attended her funeral at St Andrew Blackadder Church and North Berwick Cemetery thereafter. Thanks to Rev Neil Dougall for the comforting and fitting service and the staff at the Glen Golf Club for their hospitality afterwards. The family are grateful to the staff at the Western General Hospital, the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, North Berwick Surgery, the District Nurses and the staff at the Edington Hospital for the kind care and attention given to Joyce during her illness. Thanks also to Peter Clarke, Funeral Director for his professional care and support which ensured that the day went smoothly. Retiral collection after the service raised a total of £1,250 with £625 going to both the Edington Hospital and Cancer Research. Joyce will be sorely missed by all who knew her but will remain in our hearts forever.
