Peacefully, at the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. The most loved, precious and wonderful husband to his wife Jennifer. A much loved father to Anna and Charlotte and Grampa to Amelia and Lewis. He will always be with us and we will love him forever xxxxx.

I liked and respected Mr. TP. On the night Aug.27,1979, he played his pipes in the square for Blair and McLeod made me very proud to be with him, I hope someone play's for him. Your missed Mr.TP....

A truly wonderful man with a tremendous sense of duty, a warm heart and generous spirit. It was an immense privilege to work along side Kim when we were fellow training instructors at Brecon in the early 80s and more recently as civil servants managing the Defence Training Estate. Jenny and his family can be so proud of his many achievements in a life so richly fulfilled. We will remember him for ever.
