It is with great sadness
that the family of Mrs Marion Elspeth Leslie announces her passing on September 20, 2025, at the age of 87. Now at peace after a long illness.
Marion, known as Marie, passed away peacefully in Stirling. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons Jamie and Richard, her daughters-in-law Caroline and Dorothée and her grandchildren Louis, James, George and Leila.
Marie worked as a primary school teacher in East Lothian, Stirlingshire and Kuwait. She loved her native Sutherland, delighted in travelling abroad, and had a lifelong fondness for Scottish dance band music and solving newspaper puzzles
The funeral service will be held
at the Stirlingshire Crematorium, Bannockburn, on Tuesday, October 7, at 1 pm.
The family would like to welcome everyone to join them after the service at The Birds & The Bees Bistro, Causewayhead, Stirling, to share memories and stories.
