On August 23, 2025, peacefully,
at Dumfries Infirmary,
Patrick Johnstone Murphy (Paddy), aged 91 years, of Dumfries, formerly of Edinburgh. Beloved husband of the late Doreen, cherished partner of Bernadette, treasured father of Patricia, Paul, Pippa and Andrew, much loved Papa and great-grandfather and a dear friend to many.
Requiem Mass will be held at
St Andrew's Church, on Wednesday, September 10, at 10.30 am, cremation thereafter private. All friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to the St Vincent de Paul Society can be given at the service in memory of Paddy.
