Mark, Stephen and from all at KCC would like to send our condolences to Richards family at this sad time. Richard played cricket for Keith for many years through the 90s and as captain he did not fail to disappoint. Winning both league and KO cup double for Keith in 1996 he made a huge contribution in my eyes he was one of the finest batsmen ever to grace the North Cricket scene. Many of laughs we used to have on and off the pitch, a true gent and a friend of many will be very very sadly missed.

Shocked to be reading this sad news. Condolences to family atthis sad time. Have very fond memories of playing cricket for Keith CC in the 90's where he led Keith to a league and cup double. RIP Richard.
