rest in peace
A rose once grew
where all could see,
sheltered beside
a garden wall,
And as the days passed
swiftly by,
it spread its branches, straight and tall....
One day, a beam of light
shone through
a crevice that had
opened wide ~
The rose bent gently
toward its warmth
then passed beyond
to the other side
Now, you who deeply
feel its loss,
be comforted ~ the rose blooms there ~
Its beauty even greater now,
nurtured by
God's own loving care.

He surly was THE best head master any child could ever ask for.
I remember when I was younger in the car with my mum and dad, and I saw you in the car next to me, and we were both waving like mad to eachother.
Caring and loving man, my condolences to family and close friends.

An inspiring gentleman
Extremely sorry to hear of the passing of such a wonderful man who I am sure will be sorely missed by all who knew him. I was a pupil at Sighthill 15 years ago and still remember him as a fantastic, inspiring headmaster who saw the potential in every child and was utterly dedicated to his school.
He made a difference to so many young lives, including mine.
