Rose Souter Obituary
SOUTER Rose (Edinburgh) Passed away peacefully and painlessly, in her sleep, in the early hours of Thursday, May 26, at Ellen's Glen Nursing Home, daughter of the late David and Rose Buchanan, loving wife of the late Alex Souter (died 1992), wonderful mum to Alastair and Adrian, caring nan to Rachel, older sister to David, Evelyn, Norman and the late Muriel, aunt to lots of nephews and nieces and friend to many. Much cared for, much loved, much respected, much liked and will be very sadly missed. Funeral Service to be held at Warriston Crematorium Cloister Chapel, on Friday, June 3, at 3.30 pm. All friends and family welcome. Flowers, if desired, to McKenzie & Millar, 83-89 Great Junction Street, Leith, Edinburgh. 0131 554 6174.

Mum....
Mum...your spirit, strangled by the dementia, left us many years ago... but your heart, always so big, kept you alive, trapped in a world you no longer understood. I'm happy that you have been freed, so your spirit can soar once again. You may have finally left us but I've missed you for a long, long time. Follow the light... be yourself again. XX
