PRESTON Rev. Tom (Breich Valley) Suddenly but peacefully, after a short illness in St. John's Hospital, on June 30, 2011, Rev. Tom Preston B.D., aged 62 years, born Galashiels, Minister at Breich Valley Parish Church and formerly of Port Glasgow, Denholm and West Pilton. A dearly loved and sadly missed brother, uncle, great-uncle and cousin to all the family, both at home and abroad, and a "well kent" face to many. Service of thanksgiving will be held in Breich Valley Parish Church on Tuesday, July 5 at 12 noon, to which all are respectfully invited. Cremation thereafter in Mortonhall Crematorium at 2 pm. Family flowers only please, a collection in lieu will be offered in favour of the Chest, Heart & Stroke Association.
