After a long struggle with Alzheimer's Disease, Bill passed away peacefully, with his wife and children by his side. His generous and adventurous spirit will be missed.
There will be a memorial service at Mortonhall Crematorium, Pentland Chapel, on Thursday, February 26, at 3.30 pm, to which all who want to
pay their respects are invited.
No flowers please, but donations
may be sent to Alzheimer's Research UK and a collection will be done at memorial service.

I hold Bill in the greatest affection. Years ago, he and Wilma were very kind to me during an unhappy part of my
life and I can still see his laughing face. He had so much humour and energy and was a good friend. I´m sorry we lost touch but I am pleased to be able to remember Bill with great fondness
