Peacefully on the 6th November 2025, aged 91 years, Elizabeth (Betty), nee Weakner passed away in South Tyneside District Hospital. Devoted wife of the late Irvin. Beloved mother of Irvin. Betty's kindness, love and legendary hospitality will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched. Will family and friends please meet at South Shields Crematorium on 3rd December 2025 at 10.30am. Floral tributes welcome. Please send to Tynedale Family Funeral Directors, South Shields. Alternatively, there will be a donation box at the Crematorium for Alzheimer's Research UK. All welcome afterwards at The Old Ship, Harton Village to celebrate Betty's Life.
