It's with great sadness we announce the passing of John on the 20th January aged 78 years.
A much loved husband of the late Janet Elizabeth, loving dad of Christian and a cherished brother of Yvonne and the late Iris and Norman.
The funeral will take place at All Saints Church, Cleadon on Wednesday 11th February at 11.45 followed by committal at South Shields Crematorium at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Cancer Research UK and Guide Dogs for the Blind. A collection box will be available as you leave the church.
Family and friends are kindly invited afterwards to The Grey Horse, East Boldon for refreshments.
