Leonard PÉMENT Memoriam
PÉMENT, Len Retired - University of Ottawa Department of Physics, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2011 at the age of 80. He was first and foremost a kind, gentle and loving man to his wife, children, and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, friend and soul-mate Nancy Jean; children Nancy-Jean (Mark). Annette (Dean), Lorna (Robert McNair), Shane (Kim) and Dana (Steve). His loving grandchildren: Amber, Jessey, Donovan, Jackson, Sasha, Daphne, Ella and Davis. Survived by his sister Doreen, sister-in-law Colleen (Gilles) and brother-in- law Franklyn. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A religious service will be held on Thursday Nov. 24, 2011 at 11:00AM at St. Mark Church, 160 Principale, Gatineau (Aylmer). Len, you did it "your way". Thanks for being the best Poppy a guy could hope for. Our middle of the night ski trips are indelibly in my mind and heart. You should be proud of the beautiful family you and your Nancy Norma created. They better have a workshop in heaven!
