CHARLTON (Hebburn) Suddenly at home on 13th January 2014, aged 48 years, Stephen, loving son of Ronnie and Doris, loved brother of Pauline, a dear uncle of Tamzin and Joshua. Also a dearest nephew of Judith and Allan. Friends please meet for service and cremation at South Shields Crematorium, on Friday, 24th January at 11.30am. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to R.S.P.C.A, a donation box will be provided after the service. Stephen will be resting with the Co-operative Funeralcare, Albert Road, Jarrow. To Ronnie, Doris and Pauline
Really shocked to to hear the sad news. Only found out via facebook on sunday. Steve was a good mate and a major part of my youth along with Alan hedley and Alan Dunnett. I've got Steve to thank for helping me move down south and eventually meeting Lindsey and having 2 beautiful children Catherine (12) and Maddie (8), my first proper family life. Unfortunately it's been a long time since I last saw Steve, the long distance, family life, you just lose touch. I will be unable to make it on friday due to the long travel and family committments, but will be thinking of Steve (though I haven't stopped since hearing the news on sunday) at 11.30 on friday. Also, thinking of you at this sorrowful time.
