take place at Emstrey
Crematorium, Shrewsbury
on Friday, January 16, at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be divided between The Heart and Cardiac Service at the Royal Stoke Hospital and The Lingen Davies of The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital
for which purpose
a collection box will
be provided at the
Crematorium.
