Dearly loved and sadly missed.
Funeral Service at St Andrew's Church, Shifnal, on Wednesday, April 8, at 2.30pm, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium, at 3.30pm.
Family flowers only please, but donations to be divided between Macmillan Cancer Relief and The Severn Hospice would be appreciated.
