Passed away peacefully at home on December 12, 2024, aged 57 years.
A loving Fiance, Father, Son, Brother and Uncle.
A Funeral Service to take place at Telford Crematorium
on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the
Crematorium.
If possible, wear a splash of blue to honour Mathew.

I am so deeply sorry for your loss, so shocked at the news.
Mathew is and was my `oldest´ friend. So many treasured memories growing up.
