On November 3, 2025, peacefully at Danesford Grange Residential Care Home, Kidderminster Road, Bridgnorth in the presence of his Family following a short illness, Mike Barker, aged 93 years, of The Wheatlands, Bridgnorth, formerly of co-proprietor of the Midland Motor Museum at
Stanmore, Bridgnorth and of Bradeney Farm, Worfield.
The beloved Husband and the best Friend of Gina, the loving Father of Mary,
Susan and Gillian, the devoted Stepfather of Chris and Diana, Father-in-law of John, Jem, Jane and Simon and a very dear Grandad.
Much loved and greatly respected within the community, Mike will be sadly missed by his Family, by Friends and Neighbours, by former colleagues and by all those dearest to him.
Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ) on Monday, December 8 at 12.30pm.
Colours welcome.
A post-funeral reception will follow to which all Mourners are most warmly invited.
Family flowers only by request please, but
donations, which are to be divided between The League of Friends of Bridgnorth Hospital and Asthma UK are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at The Crematorium, or online at www.perryandphillips
