Passed away peacefully at the Royal Shrewsbury
Hospital on June 28, 2025, aged 44 years.
A much-loved Son, Dad, Brother and Partner.
He will be sadly missed by his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service will take place at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 3.30pm.

Parkinson's UK for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the
Crematorium.
