Passed away at the Queens Medical Centre on Wednesday 28th November 2018, aged 40 years. Beloved daughter of John and the late Carol. She will be sadly missed by family, friends and students. Funeral Service to take place at South Lincs Crematorium, Surfleet on Wednesday 19th December at 11.00am.
