Reneé BURT Obituary
BURT Reneé Passed away peacefully on 1st May 2024, aged 91 years. Much loved wife of the late Alec and mother to Susan and Michael and grandmother to Christopher, Alexander, Charlotte, Sophie, Abigail and Katy and great-grandmother to Timothy. She will be sadly missed by all her family, and friends. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 11th June 2024 at 11.00am at All Saints Church Stamford followed by private interment at Stamford Cemetery. Family flowers only please.

One of the most inspirational teachers I ever had. "Old School" in style, but boy, did she set me on a path which I never knew I could achieve; to University and then into The City. RIP Mrs Burt. Your love of Mathematics was infectious, and your legacy lives on. I often refer to you amongst my peers!! Thank you! May you be performing Algebra, Trigonometry and Statistics with the angels!
