John Bennett Obituary

BENNETT John Roderick on 31st October 2025 aged 91 years.  Much-loved husband of Helen, father of Paul, Mark and Sarah, grandfather and great-grandfather.  An eminent gastroenterologist, he worked tirelessly in support of the NHS. He will be sadly missed by family, friends and colleagues.  A joyful memorial service will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Stratford-upon-Avon on Wednesday 26th November at 1pm. Family flowers only please, but donations for Holy Trinity Church, may be left at the service or sent c/o A.E. Bennett & Sons, 34 Sheep Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6EE. Tel: 01789 267035.
