With great sadness David passed away peacefully on 12th February,
aged 91 years.
Dear husband of the late Ann, cherished dad to Ian and Andrew, much loved father-in-law to Alison and Sue, dearest grandad to Matthew and Amy, special
great grandad to Nicole and Eric.
A celebration of David's life will be held on Monday 9th March at Sunderland Crematorium at 10:30am. After the service all are welcome to join the family at Whitburn Golf Club.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu are welcome for Alzheimer's Society. A collection plate will be available on the day. All enquiries to John Duckworth Funeral Directors, Sunderland
