Dearly loved husband for
58 years of wife Pauline.
Much loved Dad to
Mark and Anthony.
Brother to Arthur, Carole and Susan, he took great pride in his grandchildren Liam, Jack and William, great grandchildren Jasper and Otto and many
nieces and nephews along with
their extended families.
Well known and active in the community and a loyal friend
to a great number of people.
Derek will be deeply missed.
Please meet for funeral service at St Barnabas Church, Burnmoor on Monday 10th November 2025 at 11:00am prior to committal service at Sunderland Crematorium at 12:30pm.
Family flowers only please.
