(née Smith,
formerly Thakore) Died on 22nd February at 02.45am in the Sycamore Care Centre after a long aggressive illness over a nine year period.
Iris' funeral will be a Cremation effected by P Dodds, Broadway
at the crematorium on
Monday 8th March at 2.30pm.
The family she leaves behind are John husband and Children Tracey / Samantha, Philip and Sara who request family only flowers and charity contributions to Alzheimer's and IFAW.
